Company history
To provide our customers with a turnkey service, we hold a General Contractor’s licence (RBQ), which enables us to manage projects from feasibility studies to operations optimization. As members of the OIQ and P.Eng. Canada (Ontario), we are also certified Ecoleader Experts for all residual materials recovery projects.

Jérémie Bourgeois, Ing.
Jérémie has nearly 20 years of experience in the design, manufacture, installation, start‑up and operation of recycling plants. Thanks to optical sorting technologies, his projects include multi‑material construction residue (CRD) factories, including the world’s most automated CRD line. Through his expertise, Jérémie has made a name for himself among all the major players in the recycling sector, from sorting centres to reclaimers, recyclers, and processors.
Philippe St‑Louis, Ing. MBA
With his combined engineering and business administration training, Philippe has made a name for himself in his young career as a results‑oriented manager. He has led small work teams to accomplish operational challenges they had never been able to overcome. At Gestion VFC, Philippe can complement the company’s technical know‑how with financial knowledge.
Gabriel Céleste, CPI
Gabriel demonstrated strong analytical skills during his time at Gestion VFC. He now holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with an entrepreneurial focus, giving him a comprehensive vision of the projects he works on. His curiosity, resourcefulness, and ability to work in a team have greatly benefited the projects he has contributed to.
Katia Villeneuve, Ing. MBA
Since joining the company, Katia has shown great agility, adapting to all types of challenges with confidence and determination. Her dual degree allows her to contribute to multiple areas of the business. She also has expertise in computer vision, which is a valuable asset to the team and internal development projects.
David Hébert
David cumule près de 10 ans d’expérience dans la conception, la fabrication, l’installation et le démarrage de centres de tri. Ses projets incluent des usines de tri de collecte sélective, de matériaux de construction et démolition (CRD), de contenants et de déchets municipaux. Son expérience en développement de procédés, de conception d’usine, de développement de produits et de gestion de projets lui permettent de jouer un rôle de conseiller technique dans les différents mandats de Gestion VFC.
